Specifications of Four Fold and Plating Machine for Agro Shed Net – Fabric Width 6.5Mtr 1. Maximum Fabric Width: 6.5 Meter2. Maximum Four Fold Width: 1.5Meter (+ 5MM)3. Machine Variable Running Speed: - 35 MPM 9. Power Requirements: 6.0 H.P. / 415 Volts / 3 Phases / 50Hz. Large Roll Power Unwinder  Consists of M.S. side frames with M.S. rubber lagging covered rollers moving on ball bearings for easy unwinding of fabric rolls.  Adjustable MS Stand. Fabric rolls up to 40” roll diameters can be unrolled of this device.  In order to ensure just adequate release of fabric from rolls, the Unwinder is driven by an independent geared motor and drive system, which is synchronized with the rest of the machine. Drive is 3.0 H.P. A.C. system synchronized with the machine. Double Fold & Four Fold Attachments  Inlet of the fabric is in rolls form.  The fabric is taken up by a 3” roller, which then feed to the double folding arrangement.  The double folding arrangement using triangular table is mounted on a balanced frame, which permits very accurate doubling of the fabric with the help of Electromagnetic Cloth Guider assy.Electromagnetic Cloth Guider:  We provide Electromagnetic Cloth Guiders after the double folding triangle assembly for perfect alignment of the fabric after double folding. These guiders correct the misalignment in the fabric to ensure edges get placed uniformly one over the other before the Double Folding of the fabric. This arrangement includes two folding rollers underneath the triangular table, which guide the fabric underneath a driven 4” diameter roll with 1.0HP gear motor and AC Inverter which synchronize the fabric taking fabric from double folding and pass on to the four fold attachments triangle frame.  Between four fold and double fold attachment fabric oscillating unit will come with 1.0HP Gear Motor with AC Inverter to synchronies the fabric path from four fold attachments to plaitor attachments. Four fold attachments application will same with respect of double folding attachments, hence the fabric path will perpendicular in reference of both attachments. And Electromagnetic guiders will not place at four fold attachment. The Four folding arrangement using triangular table is mounted on a balanced frame, which permits very accurate doubling of the fabric. Plaitor & Table Assembly Fabric for Platting is fed through Four Folding attachment to a CI casting platform. Machine has closed iron walls that make the machine sturdy and vibration free during the selvedge to selvedge folding operation. To ensure high machine capacity and increased output, the swinging motion of the fabric is minimized due to the robust design of the machine. Folding blades are mounted on a carriage, which have a to and fro motion achieved by special steel roller chains.  Movement of folding blades is adjustable to suit the plaiting length. An adjustment of +/- 0.05 M is possible on the standard plaiting length of 1.0 meters.  Chains are covered to prevent cloth staining. To maximize the quantity of cloth that can be folded in one lot, the folding table can be lowered by 15”.  The table is attached to counter weights and thus it lowers automatically as the folded fabric gets added to it.  The table can also be pulled out by sliding it out of its assembly for easy removal of the folded fabric. The 1.0 HP motor driven by the plaitor assembly.
