A.C. system synchronized with the machine. \nDouble Fold & Four Fold Attachments \n\tInlet of the fabric is in rolls form. \n\tThe fabric is taken up by a 3” roller, which then feed to the double folding arrangement. \n\tThe double folding arrangement using triangular table is mounted on a balanced frame, which permits very accurate doubling of the fabric with the help of Electromagnetic Cloth Guider assy.\nElectromagnetic Cloth Guider: \n\tWe provide Electromagnetic Cloth Guiders after the double folding triangle assembly for perfect alignment of the fabric after double folding. These guiders correct the misalignment in the fabric to ensure edges get placed uniformly one over the other before the Double Folding of the fabric.\n\tThis arrangement includes two folding rollers underneath the triangular table, which guide the fabric underneath a driven 4” diameter roll with 1.0HP gear motor and AC Inverter which synchronize the fabric taking fabric from double folding and pass on to the four fold attachments triangle frame. \n\tBetween four fold and double fold attachment fabric oscillating unit will come with 1.0HP Gear Motor with AC Inverter to synchronies the fabric path from four fold attachments to plaitor attachments.\n\tFour fold attachments application will same with respect of double folding attachments, hence the fabric path will perpendicular in reference of both attachments. And Electromagnetic guiders will not place at four fold attachment.\n\tThe Four folding arrangement using triangular table is mounted on a balanced frame, which permits very accurate doubling of the fabric. \nPlaitor & Table Assembly\n\tFabric for Platting is fed through Four Folding attachment to a CI casting platform.\n\tMachine has closed iron walls that make the machine sturdy and vibration free during the selvedge to selvedge folding operation.\n\tTo ensure high machine capacity and increased output, the swinging motion of the fabric is minimized due to the robust design of the machine.\n\tFolding blades are mounted on a carriage, which have a to and fro motion achieved by special steel roller chains. \n\tMovement of folding blades is adjustable to suit the plaiting length.
